IBC Portal usage terms and conditions

Welcome to the IBC Member Portal. If you continue to browse and use this Portal, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the Independent Buying Consortium (IBC’s) relationship with you in relation to this Portal. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Portal. The term IBC or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the Portal whose registered office is 342 Regents Park Road, London, England, N3 2LJ. Our company registration number is 06761396, registered in the UK. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our Portal.

The use of this Portal is subject to the following terms of use:

1. The content of the pages of this Portal is for the use of IBC members and supplier partners only and remains the intellectual property of IBC and its Supplier Partners. It is subject to change without notice.

2. You undertake not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by IBC or its Supplier Partners for any purpose except the pursuance of your businesses, without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party

You undertake to keep the Confidential Information disclosed by IBC and their Supplier partners secure and not to disclose it to any third party (except to its employees) who need to know the same for the pursuance of your businesses, who know they owe a duty of confidence to IBC and their Supplier Partners and who are bound by obligations equivalent to those in clause 2 above.

4. The undertakings in clauses 12 and 13 above apply to all of the information disclosed by IBC and its Supplier partners to you, regardless of the way or form in which it is disclosed or recorded but they do not apply to:

a. any information which is or in future comes into the public domain (unless as a result of the breach of this Agreement); or
b. any information which is already known to the Recipient and which was not subject to any obligation of confidence before it was disclosed to the Recipient by the other party.
